Submitted by Tech Talk on June 24, 2009 – 8:36 amNo Comment

If you want to hide a disk drive in My Computer, here’s how:

1. Open Regedit and then the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / Policies / Explorer.
2. Create a DWORD value called NoDrives.
3. Press Enter and click Decimal.
4. Enter one of the following values depending on the player to hide. A: 1 B: 2 C: 4 D: 8 E: 16, F: 32 G: 64, H: 128, I: 256
5. Close Regedit and restart the PC.

To hide multiple drives, you must add the corresponding values. Thus, to hide drives E and F, it should be 48.

OS is Windows.
