Depending on how your computer has been configured, it is possible to make up a menu Administrative Tools normally intended for advanced users. You may want such a menu may not appear on the Start menu in order to avoid hazardous manipulation by unauthorized users.

Right click on Start and select Properties. Then click Customize and select the Advanced tab. Locate the Administrative Tools section of the system and then click the check mark “Do not display this item”.
