To the Briefcase, click in a blank of officers with the right button and select New, Briefcase. You will see appear in the office an icon with the words New Briefcase. Open it. Then drag in the document that will update to another computer. Then place the Briefcase in a key USB.

On the other computer, or edit the files by opening them from the Briefcase.

Once back on the original computer, copy the Briefcase on that computer. Open it. You appear to see the files you have modified the word “needs an update. Click Update Selection or better on any update. All the files you have modified are updated on the original computer. Confirm the operation by clicking Update.

Warning: if you deleted a file from the Briefcase will be deleted from the original file!
